Pewin Travel Group (PTG) becomes market leader in Kenya since Sherlock adoption.
Pewin Travel Group (PTG) was established in Nairobi, Kenya in 2007 with a focus on providing a transportation service to corporate businesses in the city.
PTG launched with Sherlock in 2013 and had approximately 100 drivers at the time. Using Sherlock to transition from manual to automated allocation, the business has been able to become much more efficient, streamlined and strategic in its approach to growth.
As a result, the business now manages 600 active accounts and has over 1000 drivers. PTG has grown into one of the leading taxi and chauffeur companies in the region and a major success story in Nairobi. Last year, the business was awarded the opportunity to sponsor the Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon as recognition of that success. In addition, PTG partners with many leading organisations in the country such as KATA, the Kenya Association of Travel Agents which provides member agents with preferential access to PTG’s elite concierge transfer services for their clients, recognising PTG as the leading Kenyan-owned transport solution provider in the country.
