Passengers Apps

Sherlock passenger apps are available on both iOS and Android, and fully white-labelled so they can be branded to look like your own proprietary app.

The app design is intuitive and user-friendly with real-time ETAs based on real road traffic, live driver tracking, accurate pricing, share my ETA and driver ratings/feedback included.

Passengers can switch between individual and corporate profiles seamlessly, choose vehicle type and make pre-bookings which they can trust will arrive thanks to Sherlock’s accurate auto-allocation.

The app is continuously updated based on changing consumer needs and all updates are passed on to customers at no additional cost.

Web Portals

The web portal can be embedded within your website to allow passengers to make a booking online which is seamlessly dispatched by the Sherlock auto-allocator.

As with all Sherlock booking channels, the web portal uses live, real-time ETAs based on Google traffic conditions and fleet capacity/availability. This means passengers can trust that web bookings will be dispatched automatically and the driver will arrive when expected.

Additionally, for business clients the web portal adheres to the full suite of travel policies available in Sherlock so your corporate clients can rest assured that they will receive a consistent level of service regardless of which booking channel they use.

Web kiosks

A simple one page booking screen, the web kiosk is an online booking page which can be uploaded to tablets to offer a quick taxi booking service in areas of dense footfall such as hotel receptions. As with all Sherlock channels, these bookings are seamlessly sent to the auto-allocation engine to dispatch without any manual intervention required.

Account Management Portal

Sherlock provides a range of account management features including travel policies that can be configured for individual customers. You can find out more about these here.

The Account Management Portal means that bookings, amendments, invoices and data relating to account trips/spend etc. is easily accessible in one online panel for customers.

IVR

Sherlock's IVR means that customers can make, amend, and check booking statuses using interactive voice response. This feature allows customers to access information about their existing bookings, make new bookings, and make changes without needing to speak to someone in the call centre.

There is also telephony integration available, which means that when a recognized phone number dials in, a populated window can appear. This window will display relevant information, such as scheduled bookings associated with this phone number, meaning that operations staff can easily access information relating to the booking.
